ON THE ROAD WITH OVID

Ovid, the Roman poet, is in exile. He has packed a couple of the beings he has written about: Tiresias, the blind prophet, and Io, a woman who has been turned into a cow. This motley threesome can be found on the side of the road, trying to get a ride to just about anywhere. Louis and Carol, a mild-mannered couple from Minnehaha County are kind enough to pick the hitchhikers up. Of course, it doesn’t take long to discover that everything is not as it seems. Using ideas from Ovid’s “Metamorphoses”, this is an adventure sure to change…something…
